Accept Crypto HERE is a non-custodial crypto payment gateway. We process payments on behalf of merchants and keep data to the minimum needed to do that.

1. Non-custodial

We never take custody of funds. Crypto is paid directly to receiving addresses the merchant controls; we detect the on-chain payment and notify the merchant.

2. What we collect

Merchant accounts — email and login (or Discord/Google id), API keys, and webhook settings.
Invoices — amount, asset, the receiving address used, and on-chain transaction references needed to confirm payment.
Technical data — request logs (IP, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

3. Payers

If you're paying an invoice, we only handle the public on-chain data needed to detect your payment (amount + address). We do not collect personal identity information from payers.

4. How we use it

To create invoices, detect payments, notify merchants, prevent fraud/abuse, and operate the dashboard and API.

5. Sharing, cookies & retention

We don't sell data. A session cookie keeps merchants logged in. We share data only with processors/hosting needed to run the service or where required by law, and retain records as needed for operational and legal purposes.
